How do I pay my bill?

There are a number of ways that you can pay for tests that are not covered by the Medical Services Plan:

1. Online: CLICK HERE to pay now.
   • Payment Methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, or MasterCard Debit only.
2. In-Person: At any lab location:
   • Payment Methods:  Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, or MasterCard Debit only.
     There are no Cash payments accepted at lab locations other than 537 Leon Avenue, Kelowna.
   • We are unable to accept Debit cards at this time. We can only accept Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit.
3. By Telephone: 250-763-4813 (please ask for Billing Department) or Extension 2104
   • Payment Methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, or MasterCard Debit only.
4. By Mail: Please make the cheque out to Dynacare, then send to:
