Processing issues to BCCDC
Due to an unexpected partner processing issue, some referral samples collected in our LHSC’s in mid-November that were destined for testing at the BCCDC could not be tested. Patients and physicians are advised if a compromised sample requires recollection, the physician must submit a new requisition, and the patient must return to the lab for recollection. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer care team. 250-763-4813
