Weekend Microbiology Results

Physicians can access microbiology results on weekends and statutory holidays. To do so, please call our main number, (250) 763-4813, then local 1133, between 10 am and 2 pm. If a technologist is not immediately available, you will be asked to call back.

This service is limited to Health Care Practitioners only, and microbiology results only.

Turn around times

In general, routine test results will be available within 2 working days. For more information about turnaround times or the availability of urgent or STAT testing, please consult the document below, or call: (250) 763-4813.

Your test results are available online via my ehealth. This service, managed by Excelleris Technologies, a trusted service provider to Health Care in B.C., offers a fast and secure method for people registered with my ehealth to receive their lab test results online as soon as the results are released from the laboratory.
